Shipping Policy

At OUDA Tea, we are committed to delivering the authentic taste of Xinhui straight to your doorstep, no matter where you are in the world.

1. Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

  • If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We ship directly from our climate-controlled facility in Xinhui, China, ensuring you receive the freshest and most authentic products.

Shipping Charges:

  • Free Global Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $180.

  • Standard Shipping: For orders under $180, shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the weight and destination.

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs clearance processes in your destination country.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

You can track your package directly on our website or via the carrier’s tracking portal.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

OUDA Tea is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

 
 
  • For US Customers: Generally, orders under $800 are exempt from import duties.

     
     
  • For EU Customers: VAT and duties may apply upon delivery depending on your local regulations.

     
     

5. Damages

OUDA Tea takes great care in packaging our products to prevent damage. However, we are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.

 

If you received your order damaged:

  1. Please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

  2. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

  3. Contact our support team at [[email protected]], and we will do our best to assist you with a replacement.

6. Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and correct (including unit/apartment numbers). We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the re-shipping cost.
